About the Role
- Dexterous Applied Training Institute (DATI) is seeking a welcoming, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to manage front-of-house operations and learner administration at our Warri and Port Harcourt centre.
- As the primary ambassador and first point of contact for DATI, you will manage reception operations, enforce visitor access control, manage learner registration and attendance logs, assist with course material distribution and ID badge issuance, and ensure a pristine, professional reception environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-of-House & Reception Operations: Welcome trainees, corporate delegates, and guests; issue visitor badges; enforce security sign-in protocols; and maintain reception area presentation.
- Learner & Pre-Training Support: Coordinate learner registration documentation, daily attendance tracking, ID card production, and course material distribution and logistics.
- Communications & Mail Management: Manage switchboard calls, respond to general email inquiries, route messages within 15 minutes, and log incoming/outgoing mail and parcels.
- Facility & Office Assistance: Coordinate facility tidiness, assist the Admin Supervisor with administrative filing and key management, and ensure room readiness for training sessions.
- Team Supervision: Directly oversee frontline support staff, including Office Assistants, Cleaners, and Security personnel.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- Education: Minimum of an OND (Upper Credit) in Secretarial Studies, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in front-of-house operations, reception, or customer service roles.
- Core Skills: Guest greeting etiquette, call switchboard routing, trainee registration, ID badge production, pre-training logistics support, mail logging, and proficiency in MS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)/Google Workspace.

Salary
N2,850,000 - N3,350,000 annually.
