Admin Supervisor

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional travel required)
About the Role
- We are seeking an organized, proactive Admin Supervisor to oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions at our Warri site.
- In this role, you will ensure seamless daily office routines, enforce institutional SOPs, manage branch inventory, supervise front-desk and support personnel, oversee local vendors, and provide on-ground administrative support for technical training operations, visiting instructors, and corporate hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Operations & Supervision: Oversee daily office operations, workspace upkeep, opening routines, and staff attendance tracking while supervising front desk officers and support personnel.
- Vendor & Facility Management: Coordinate local vendors (janitorial, security, maintenance, generator fuelling) to monitor SLA compliance, supervise facility maintenance, and report issues promptly.
- Inventory & Procurement Support: Track, reconcile, and disburse office consumables and stationery to ensure zero stock-outs, while processing supply requisitions for manager approval.
- Training Operations Support: Assist with trainee registration documentation, pre-training facility set-ups, course material stock management, and local logistics for visiting instructors.
- Governance & Governance Support: Enforce site security, access controls, corporate protocol, and maintain meeting governance by recording and distributing minutes.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Management, Social Science ,Arts Humanities, or a related discipline. Relevant technical or administrative certifications are an advantage.
- Experience: 3–4 years of progressive experience in corporate administration, frontline office supervision, or facility support operations.
- Core Skills: Frontline team leadership, SOP enforcement, inventory management, local SLA monitoring, facility upkeep, meeting minute-taking, and training logistics support.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Salary Range
N4,200,000 – N4,600,000 / Annum.
