VideoGrapher / Content Creator

The Role
- We are looking for a creative and talented Videographer & Content Creator to join our growing team and help strengthen our visual storytelling and digital presence.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that showcases our properties, communicates our brand and supports our marketing activities.
- You will be involved in concept development, filming, photography, video editing and social media content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos for social media and digital marketing.
- Create property walkthroughs, reels, promotional videos, site videos and other short-form content.
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, sites, events and company activities.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Edit videos with appropriate captions, graphics, music, transitions and branding.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to create content that supports lead generation.
- Cover property inspections, events, client activities and other company engagements when required.
- Maintain consistency in the company's visual identity and brand presentation.
- Stay updated with social media trends and emerging content formats.
- Properly organise and maintain the company's photo and video assets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in videography, content creation, digital media or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous videography and content creation work.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar.
- Knowledge of photography, lighting, framing and audio recording.
- Strong understanding of social media content and current digital trends.
- Good storytelling and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in real estate, property marketing or a related industry is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to travel to properties and project sites when required.
