Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Manager to lead its hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Supervise departments and coordinate staff activities effectively.
- Drive excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor revenue, budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, operational standards, and applicable regulations.
- Lead recruitment, staff training, performance management, and team development.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Demonstrable experience in financial and operations management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
- Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
