About the Role
- Our Client is seeking a visionary, results-driven HR Manager to lead her Human Resources operations and drive organizational excellence.

- You will serve as a key business partner, aligning HR strategies with enterprise goals, shaping company culture, and managing end-to-end personnel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Design and execute corporate HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, talent retention, and succession planning strategies.
- Performance & Productivity: Implement performance management frameworks (KPIs/OKRs), conduct periodic reviews, and drive employee development programs.
- Culture & Engagement: Cultivate a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture through continuous engagement, team-building initiatives, and open communication channels.
- Policy & Compliance: Formulate, update, and enforce company HR policies, ensuring strict alignment with current labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Employee Relations & Coaching: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and staff, managing conflict resolution, grievance handling, and performance counseling.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, salary benchmarking, and incentive structures.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
- Leadership & Vision: Proven track record as a strategic leader capable of driving organizational change and scaling HR processes.
- Core Competencies: Strong team player with outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Creativity & Innovation: Demonstrated ability to introduce creative solutions for talent engagement, employee wellness, and operational efficiency.
Education & Professional Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Humanities, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP/SCP, PHRi) is highly preferred.
Key Technical & Soft Skills:
- Expert knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), ATS software, and MS Office / Google Workspace suite.
- Data-driven decision-making with strong HR metrics and reporting capabilities.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ), discretion, and ethical standards.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
