Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced, discreet, and mature Executive Assistant to provide
strategic, operational, and representational support to the Chairman. This role goes beyond
traditional administrative support and requires a trusted professional who can act on behalf of
the Chairman, manage sensitive matters, support business growth initiatives, and troubleshoot
complex issues across multiple locations and entities, including responsibilities outside CRI.
The ideal candidate is professionally seasoned (35 years and above), confident, articulate, and
capable of operating with minimal supervision in high-stake environments.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary support and gatekeeper to the Chairman, managing priorities,
schedules, confidential communications, and high-level engagements
Assist the Chairman in decision support, follow-ups, and execution of strategic
directives
Represent the Chairman in meetings, site visits, and engagements when required
Business Development & Intelligence
Conduct business scouting, market intelligence, and opportunity assessments for new
ventures, partnerships, and expansions
Support proposal development, business cases, pitch decks, and investor or partner
presentations
Track emerging opportunities, risks, and industry trends relevant to the Chairman’s
interests
Must be well skilled in data and research management
Presentation & Communication Support
Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing documents, reports, and executive
summaries
Translate complex ideas, data, and discussions into clear, actionable materials for internal
and external stakeholders
Coordinate and manage legal matters including documentation, contracts, regulatory
correspondence, and engagements with external legal advisers
Ensure sensitive legal and corporate matters are handled with strict confidentiality and
professionalism
Travel, Representation & External Liaison
Support and sometimes accompany the Chairman on local and international travel
Act as the Chairman’s representative in other states and countries when required
Liaise with government agencies, partners, consultants, and external stakeholders
Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting operations, projects, or leadership
priorities
Handle sensitive and time-critical assignments independently
Support special projects across different business interests outside CRI as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a
related professional field
Minimum of 5–8 years professional experience, with at least 4–6 years supporting
senior executives, founders, chairmen, or board-level leaders
Prior professional background (e.g., law, consulting, finance, strategy, public sector,
operations, or corporate services)
Proven experience handling confidential, legal, and strategic matters
