Estate and Facility Officer

Job Description
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Calling potential and already existing customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on call switch leads and current customers
- Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
- Oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and operational readiness of all residences and apartments.
- Ensure every apartment is clean, functional, safe, well-maintained, and guest-ready.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance issues before they affect guests.
- Serve statutory notices and legal documents when necessary.
- Make courtesy calls and visits to all tenants within a designated area.
- Take the lead in identifying and dealing with grounds maintenance and environmental conditions.
- Taking appropriate action where necessary; undertake quality assurance measures in relation to environmental, caretaking and cleaning standards.
- Take appropriate action where necessary, make sure repairs and improvements to properties are carried out to a satisfactory standard and where problems result, take appropriate action.
- Monitor condition of properties and where defects are identified take appropriate action.
- Help in the reduction of crime and the fear of crime by developing links with the Tenancy.
- Respond swiftly to facility emergencies and operational issues.
- Coordinate electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, carpenters, locksmiths, appliance technicians, internet providers, and other service providers.
- Follow up on all repairs and ensure issues are completely resolved.
- Monitor furniture, appliances, equipment, utilities, smart locks, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and other facility assets.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, inventory, assets, and facility incidents.
- Monitor facility inventory and report shortages, damages, or replacement needs.
- Provide timely operational and maintenance reports to management.
- Identify recurring problems and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Job Skills / Requirements
- Jobapplication trackingBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Three (3) Years’ relevant experience in a reputable Real Estate/ Property Management Company.
- IT Knowledge with particular expertise in the use of Microsoft Office Suite- Word, PowerPoint, Excel, database, etc.
- Previous sales experience in a bank or real estate firm is an added advantage
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
