Growth & Community Executive

Role
- We are looking for a creative and energetic Growth & Community Executive to build our brand, grow our customer community and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and customer growth initiatives.
- Manage Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels.
- Create engaging content and coordinate photography/video content.
- Build and manage the café customer community.
- Develop partnerships with businesses, offices and communities around Lekki.
- Plan café events, promotions, loyalty campaigns and activations.
- Drive foot traffic, repeat visits and customer retention.
- Track marketing performance and recommend growth opportunities.
- Support the café team in delivering an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- HND/BSC in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, social media, community management or business growth.
- Strong social media and content creation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, proactive and commercially minded.
- Experience with a lifestyle, hospitality, food or consumer brand is an advantage.
- Must live within Lekki or surrounding areas and be able to commute easily to Lekki.
What We Offer
- Minimum of N250,000 monthly, with performance-based incentives.
