Role Overview
We are seeking a Business & Strategy Executive to support business growth, coordination, and execution across multiple business units within a media and creative services organization.
This role works closely with executive leadership to translate business plans into actionable initiatives, monitor performance, and drive execution across ongoing projects.
The ideal candidate is commercially aware, operationally strong, and able to think on their feet while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of business strategies across multiple service lines.
Coordinate activities across business units to ensure alignment with overall growth objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Support deal structuring, proposal development, and follow-through on client engagements.
Track project execution, timelines, and deliverables to ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor business performance and provide regular updates and insights to management.
Work with internal teams to resolve operational issues and unblock execution challenges.
Support leadership with planning, research, and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
3 years’ experience in business operations, strategy, project management, or related roles.
Experience working across multiple projects or business units is highly desirable.
Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills.
Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
Good commercial awareness and interest in business growth.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience within media, creative, or allied industries is an advantage.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
