HR and Administrative Officer

Job Summary
- We are looking for a smart, organised, proactive and resourceful HR & Administrative Officer to support the smooth running of a firm
- The role will provide administrative, HR, and operational support across the organisation, including office coordination, documentation, client and project support, internal coordination, and general business administration.
- This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a professional consulting environment. While some relevant experience is preferred, we are more interested in someone who is intelligent, dependable, organised, and willing to learn on the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administration and smooth running of the office.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the consulting team.
- Assist with client engagements, projects, meetings, and business activities.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and internal activities.
- Prepare and maintain reports, documents, presentations, records, and other business documentation.
- Maintain organised physical and electronic filing systems.
- Support basic HR activities including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, leave administration, and staff documentation.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders when required.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Conduct research and provide administrative support when required.
- Provide general support to management and team members.
- Take on other responsibilities that contribute to the effective running and growth of the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in administration, HR, operations, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
