Job Summary
- The successful candidate will oversee academic operations, student experience, curriculum quality, tutor management, admissions, partnerships, marketing collaboration, revenue growth, and long-term expansion.
- This role requires someone who can build systems, develop people, and transform the Academy into one of Africa's most respected creative and digital learning institutions.
Responsibilities
Academy Leadership:
- Lead the overall operations
- Develop the Academy's long-term strategy.
- Build scalable systems.
- Ensure the Academy meets its vision and objectives.
- Report directly to the Lead Director.
Student Experience:
Responsible for:
- Admissions.
- Student onboarding.
- Student engagement.
- Graduation.
- Alumni community.
Programme Development:
- Design new courses.
- Improve existing curriculum.
- Recruit industry experts.
- Develop certification programmes.
Tutor Management:
- Recruit tutors.
- Evaluate tutor performance.
- Conduct quality assurance.
- Schedule classes.
- Ensure teaching excellence.
Marketing Collaboration:
Work with the organization Digital to:
- Labor& Employment LawIncrease student enrolment.
- Improve lead generation.
- Launch campaigns.
- Improve conversion rates.
- Build Academy's brand.
Revenue Growth:
- Student enrolment.
- Revenue.
- Course completion.
- Corporate training sales.
- Partnerships.
- Student referrals.
Partnership Development:
Responsible for developing partnerships with:
- Universities.
- NYSC.
- Companies.
- NGOs.
Salary
N450,000 - N500,000 per month.
