Job Title: Content Creator / Copywriter

Job Purpose
The Content Creator / Copywriter will be responsible for developing compelling and consistent content across all marketing channels to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality written content for digital and offline channels, including website content, blog posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
Write persuasive ad copy for digital campaigns and landing pages.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist and Graphic Designer to ensure cohesive messaging and visual alignment.
Maintain brand tone, voice, and messaging consistency across all platforms.
Support content planning and editorial calendars.
Conduct basic research to support content development and thought leadership.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Content quality and consistency
Engagement metrics (reads, clicks, conversions)
Timely delivery of content
Alignment with campaign objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field
2–3 years’ experience in content writing or copywriting.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong storytelling and communication ability.
Attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content projects.
Salary
N250,000 / monthly.
