Finance Analyst

Job Summary
- We are seeking a Finance Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
- The ideal candidate will provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making and improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct variance, cost, and profitability analysis.
- Monitor financial performance and provide business insights.
- Support month-end closing and management reporting.
- Develop financial models and analyze business trends.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Finance, FP&A, or Financial Analysis.
- FMCG or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
